+ 1.THE TABLET DOES NOT CONNECT TO THE BOBO

• Verify that Bluetooth is enabled on the tablet.

-- If it’s still doesn’t work --

• Turn off the tablet's BLUETOOTH. Wait 10 seconds and turn it on again. Wait 10-20 seconds (sometimes even longer: 1-2 minutes) and verify the bobo icon on the right upper corner of the tablet is full (without the middle cross line)

-- If it’s still doesn’t work --

• Turn off the BOBO and reset the tablet. Wait until the home screen re-appears. Now, power on the BOBO again and wait for 1-2 minutes.

-- If it’s still doesn’t work --

• Charge the BoBo for 10 minutes and try again.

+ 2.THE TABLET SCREEN ORIENTATION CHANGES FREQUENTLY WHILE USING THE BOBO

• Turn off the BLUETOOTH.

• Hold the tablet in the correct landscape position (buttons and ports face to the right).

• Wait until the screen orientation will correct itself automatically.

• Go to SETTINGS > DISPLAY > WHEN DEVICE IS ROTATED and choose STAY IN CURRENT ORIENTATION.

+ 3.THE TABLET DOES NOT WORK\TURN ON

• Make sure the tablet is charged. Connect the DC cable and make sure you see the ‘battery icon’ on the screen. Wait a minute and turn on the tablet.

-- If it’s still doesn’t work --

• Try to use a micro USB cable instead of a DC cable.

-- If it’s still doesn’t work --

• Charge the tablet for two hours and then turn it on.

+ 4. TABLET SCREEN DOESN’T APPEAR ON THE TV SCREEN

• Make sure the HDMI cable is connected properly at both ends – tablet and TV screen.

-- If it’s still doesn’t work --

• Make sure that HDMI is enabled on the tablet: Go to SETTINGS > DISPLAY > HDMI SETTINGS. Verify that HDMI is ON.

-- If it’s still doesn’t work --

• Make sure that you chose the correct source on the TV.

-- If it’s still doesn’t work --

• Try a different HDMI cable.

-- If it’s still doesn’t work --

• Try a different port on the TV.

+ 5. THE GAME DOES NOT MIRROR CORRECTLY THE BOBO’S MOVEMENTS

• Position the BOBO directly in front of your TV/tablet, according to the game mode:

  1. For LANDSCAPE games: Power LED Green (default) = Game mode facing the screen. The bobo’s Power Button faces the screen. Power LED Blue = Game mode perpendicular to the screen. The bobo’s Power Button faces 90 degrees to the left of the screen.
  2. For PORTRAIT games: Power LED Blue (default) = Game mode facing the screen. The bobo’s Power Button faces the screen.

--If the BoBo does not work According to the instructions above--

  1. Turn off the BLUETOOTH.
  2. Hold the tablet in the correct landscape position (buttons and ports face to the right).
  3. Go to SETTINGS > DISPLAY > WHEN DEVICE IS ROTATED and choose ROTATE THE CONTENTS OF THE SCREEN
  4. Wait until the screen orientation will correct itself automatically.
  5. Go to SETTINGS > DISPLAY > WHEN DEVICE IS ROTATED and choose STAY IN CURRENT ORIENTATION.

+ 6. SLOW TABLET'S CHARGING

The Bobo Tab is not a regular tablet but a console integrated tablet, which is why its battery specification is basic and is 4 hours/4 hours ratio for charging and usage. We recommend keeping the bobo permanently connected to a charger. Every time the customer disconnects the tablet from the charger he can work outdoors for 4 hours. For customers who work mostly outdoors, we recommend using a portable generic battery that can easily increase the usage time, or to use the Bobo application on their own smart phones.

+ 7. TOUCH-SCREEN PROBLEMS WHEN HDMI IS CONNECTED TO A DISPLAY SCREEN

• Disconnect the tablet from the charger. Check if the problem has been solved. If the problem has been solved, replace the charger with a new one. • If the touchscreen still doesn't work well after disconnecting the charger, replace the tablet.

+ 8. THE TABLET TURNS OFF AND ON FREQUENTLY

Usually occurs after an intensive usage and frequently operation that cause high temperature. If the temperature is too high, the tablet automatically restarting itself to prevent hardware damage. It is suggested to keep the following instructions:

  1. Turn off the tablet for half an hour and turn it on again.
  2. Set the Brightness on minimum (use the scaler in the setting menu)
  3. Turn off applications in the background that are not in use.
  4. Put the tablet into a "sleep mode" when you not using it.
  5. Limit the background processes. For example, turn off "Google Play's automatic update", turn off Wi-Fi.

• The tablet should be replaced

+ 9. THE TOUCH SCREEN DOES NOT WORK WELL

• A damage charger is a common reason for touch problem. Disconnect the tablet from the charger. If the problem has been solved, replace the charger with a new one.

• If the touchscreen still doesn't work well after disconnecting the charger, replace the tablet.

+ 10. THE BOBO DOES NOT TURN ON

• Charge the BOBO, ensuring the cable is properly connected to the charging port. The status light should pulse ORANGE while charging.

• If the status light pulse orange, charge the BoBo for 10 minutes and then power it on again.

• If there is no status light, Make sure your charger is working properly by connecting it to another device. If the charger is ok, it's probably the cable that not working properly. The cable should be replaced with a new one.

*Notice!! the BOBO does not work while charging!

*If nothing from the above helped, the bobo sensor should be replaced.

+ 11. TABLET SCREEN APPEAR ON THE TV SCREEN BUT THE PICTURE IS BAD AND/OR THE EDGES ARE CUT

• Make sure that VIDEO RESOLUTION is correct on the tablet: Go to SETTINGS > DISPLAY > HDMI SETTINGS > VIDEO RESOLUTION. Switch between resolutions until the picture is good and fit your screen.

+ 12. TABLET STUCK AND WON'T BOOT PAST ITS LOADING SCREEN.

• The Tablet should be replaced with a new one.
